Wild trade rumors have emerged that the Los Angeles Lakers could send Brandon Ingram and Lou Williams to the Orlando Magic for Aaron Gordon and Nikola Vucevic as the NBA's trade season commences.

The Lakers seem to be having a low-profile when it comes to trade rumors this season as the team has rarely been mentioned in the rumor mill these days. There are no players from the club who has been linked to other teams since Nick Young was speculated to be on the verge of getting waived by the Hollywood franchise before the start of the season.

The NBA's restriction to trade newly-signed free agents is set to be lifted on Thursday, Dec. 15 and latest rumors are out that the Lakers could engage in a four-player deal with the Magic soonest.

HNGN reported that the Lakers are planning to offer super rookie Ingram and high-scoring veteran combo guard Williams to Orlando for a pair of reliable role players in Gordon and Vucevic.

While the Lakers have been silent in trade rumors, the Magic are one of the teams in the middle of it right now after the club's senior officials disclosed that they need a "go-to" scorer that would help Orlando find offense during clutch situations.

Williams is a substitute guard, but he is leading the Lakers in scoring at the moment with 19.3 points per game coming off the bench. He is also a proven clutch performer as Lakers head coach Luke Walton relies on him during crunch time in games.

Ingram is a great addition to Orlando as the rookie has a lot of upside with his incredible 7-foot-3 wingspan and 9-foot-1 standing reach. Some analysts say that the looks like the second-coming of Kevin Durant, although it is still too early to confirm that.

The Orlando Sentinel indicated that the Magic could be willing to trade Gordon and Vucevic to accomplish their goals. However, it is unlikely at this point that the Lakers would be ready to give up Ingram and Williams as team officials seemed to be pretty happy about their present lineup.
