South Korean boy group ASTRO showed their great appreciation and love to their loyal supporters on a fan meeting event right after their performance on the December 17 episode of the music television program “Show! Music Core”.
After performing their hit single “Confession” the ASTRO members hugged some lucky fans on the stage, All KPop reports. But not just that, as the band, also provided them with coffee carts, specially wrapped heat packs and yummy snacks prepared by the boys themselves. There are approximately 500 fans who were present during the fan meeting event.
Meanwhile, the second batch of the group’s best shots from their photo book was recently released by Makestar. According to reports, the images were personally picked by renowned photographer Ley Jun.
In one of the photos, the band members carried out their cute looks as they pose on the white sands with the beautiful background of the sea. Aside from the collective shots, the boys also had individual shots.
Before they were introduced to the public, ASTRO started as trainees of Fantagio’s rookie talent development program Fantagio iTeen. They were then called as the iTeen Boys.
In 2015, ASTRO made their official debut in the entertainment industry under the management of talent management agency Fantagio. It is composed of six members including MJ, Jin Jin, Cha Eun Woo, Moon Bin, Rocky, and Yoon San Ha.
In February this year, the band released their debut album titled “Spring Up”. Mostly written and arranged by Iggy Yong Bae, Seo Yong Bae, and Park Woo Sang, the record is made up of 5 singles including "Ok! Ready", "Hide & Seek", “Puppy Love”, “Morning Call”, and “Cat’s Eyes”.
Just recently, they celebrated their 300th day as a group. To mark the event, their label released a lot of behind-the-scene shots from their recent photo shoot for “High Cut” magazine.
