More news have been springing up as the Marvel Cinematic Universe's upcoming "Thor: Ragnarok" has been getting more details. Just recently, we hear that director Taika Waititi will be changing the direction of the film, while the production crew will be incorporating the "Planet Hulk" setting, Sakaar, into the film as well.

Based on an interview with Total Film, Waititi already confirmed that the alien planet of Sakaar will be incorporated in the third "Thor" film, although it hasn't been specified on what fashion it will be done so. Details are also scarce on how much the third film will focus on the "Planet Hulk" setting, as well as the storyline. The director also stated that the inclusion of Sakaar will be a huge shift for the franchise and its characters since it's "just an insane, far-off, futuristic place."

"Thor: Ragnarok" is said to also borrow a lot of elements from Jack Kirby's awesome work, to get all the scenes of Hulk right during sequences in Sakaar. Kirby is the well-known comic book artist, writer, and editor and one of the most influential creators and innovators in the industry.

"I was really excited when Kevin [Feige] and the rest of Marvel jumped on board with the idea to use [Jack] Kirby as a big influence in the design of the film," Waititi said in the interview. "What's really hard is staying authentic."

The film will be shot in Waititi's style of moviemaking, something that the MCU has already approved of. It was already mentioned that the movie will be "CRAZIER" than the previous two films, with an immense effort to ignore both of them. "I made an effort to ignore the fact there are other Thor films," he said, while he added that he still hasn't seen the "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" film.

The director will be making strides in innovating Chris Hemsworth's character into someone that's not a "lunk and a dullard."

Thor: Ragnarok will premiere on Nov. 3, 2017.
