In a live chat through "V" app on Dec. 27, Cha Tae Hyun has expressed his concern towards Kim Yoo Jung who was hospitalized due to stress-induced shock in the midst of promotional activities for film "Because I Love You."

Cha Tae Hyun currently works with Kim Yoo Jung for upcoming film "Because I Love You," where he plays as a talented songwriter while the actress takes the role of a high school student.

According to SidusHQ, Kim Yoo Jung was immediately rushed to the hospital after showing signs of stress-induced shock on Dec. 26.

"She is currently receiving treatment at the hospital, and we will need to make changes to her current schedule of movie promotions and end-of-the-year awards ceremonies," the agency said as per Soompi.

Prior to that, the actress was also rushed to the emergency room due to fatigue in the midst of promotions for "Because I Love You."

Aside from that, there are speculations that the stress-induced shock can be also attributed to the recent controversy where Kim Yoo Jung was slammed for her alleged rude behavior.

On the other hand, Cha Tae Hyun asked the fans to support the actress as she recovers from stress-induced shock. The actor also shared how Kim Yoo Jung struggles to pull through from her health issues.

"We had a stage greeting yesterday, and Yoo Jung said that antibiotics don't work on her. She said she's allergic to antibiotics. When she catches a cold, she can't take medicine and is the type who gets better after suffering through it," Cha Tae Hyun said as noted by Allkpop.

The 40-year-old actor admitted he sees his children on Kim Yoo Jung; hence, it pains him to watch his "Because I Love You" co-star suffer. Cha Tae Hyun is hopeful the actress will remain strong despite her condition right now.
