The Atlanta Hawks (26-19) and Chicago Bulls (23-23) are scheduled to face one another at the United Center on Wednesday, Jan. 25 as the 2016-2017 NBA regular season moves forward.

Atlanta has been inconsistent at the moment with two wins and two losses in their last four outings. The team is currently fourth in the Eastern Conference, a half-game behind the Boston Celtics and one game ahead of the Washington Wizards.

The Hawks were romped by an undermanned Los Angeles Clippers team, 115-105, during their most recent game held last Monday at their home court of Philips Arena, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Kent Bazemore led the squad with 25 points, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals in a losing effort. Dennis Schroder had 21 points, six boards, and seven assists while Paul Millsap contributed 19 points, eight boards, seven assists, two steals, and two blocks.

Dwight Howard had a double-double with 16 points, 12 rebounds, three assists, and two steals and Thabo Sefolosha chipped in 11 points, three boards, and two assists as all five starters of head coach Mike Budenholzer scored in double figures.

Meanwhile, the Bulls is on a two-game winning run after losing their previous two games to stay in the .500 mark. The team has moved one spot up at seventh in the East, only a half-game below sixth-place team Charlotte Hornets.

Chicago is coming off a 100-92 victory over the Orlando Magic on Tuesday night in a match held at the Amway Center, as per the Chicago Tribune.

Dwyane Wade and Jimmy Butler led the team with 21 and 20 points respectively. Wade also had seven rebounds, three assists, and seven steals while Butler added eight boards, four assists, and three steals as well.

Off the bench, Cristiano Felicio had a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds while Doug McDermott also fired 12 markers going 4-for-6 from three-point range.

Prediction 

The Hawks are decent on the road with a 13-10 slate so far this season while the Bulls are 14-9 at the United Center. Chicago is favored to win their third straight game.
