KPop star and Super Juniors member Shindong have shared a good time with his former co-host in his recent appearance on the popular South Korean talk show “Radio Star”.
During the program, the 31-year-old jokingly talked about taking over Kyuhyun’s position as he is about to enter the military as a public servant to fulfill his state duty. According to him as quoted by All KPop: "In our group, Kyuhyun is in charge of singing, not MC-ing or variety shows. I gave up my singing part to other members for variety shows. Which singer doesn't want to have their voice heard on stage? Kyuhyun is currently intruding my territory”.
He added: “It's all thanks to me that Kyuhyun is able to have his MC position now".
Meanwhile, Kyuhyun is currently in Japan to promote his latest album titled “One Voice” which was released on Feb. 8. The singer will be having series of tours in six different cities including Nagoya, Sapporo, and Kobe. On March 13 and 14, he will be returning to the country to perform again at the Yokohama Arena.
“One Voice” is the singer’s first full-length album to be released in Japan. With 10 tracks including “My Serious Love Comedy”, “Celebration”, "Terminal", "Lost My Way", and "Beautiful", the album is currently holding the top spot on the Oricon weekly album chart.
As a response to the success of his album, Kyuhyun stated as quoted by Soompi: “I am very happy that my first Japanese full-length album ‘One Voice’ came in first on Oricon Weekly [Album Chart]. This album was produced around the concept of becoming one with fans through [my] voice, so I’m glad that the album remained in the hearts of fans who listened to it”.
