Veteran quarterback Tony Romo is reported to prepare to leave Dallas Cowboys next season. He has the dilemma in Dallas, as the Cowboys now has two strong and young quarterbacks.

Following effort from Dallas Cowboys to fix its quarter back position, things look difficult for Romo. The Cowboys is toughen its quarter back position by increasing the depth with young players for the team's future.

On Monday, March 20 the Cowboys signed Kellen Moore this Monday for one year contract, thus strengthening the team's quarterback position. As for now, Dallas Cowboys has piled up Moore, Romo and the last year's rookie Dak Prescott in the quarterback. Prescott is considered as the future quarterback after he delivered a surprising performance last season, playing as starter in 16 games and passing 3,667 yards with a very good passing accuracy.

As for now, the only options available for Romo, as reported by CBS Sports, is to either leave Dallas Cowboys or to retire. Moreover, the team's decision to sign Kellen Moore gives a certain dilemma for Romo, who was benched for most of the games last season after his back injury.

Before the regular season last year, Romo suffered a compression fracture in his lower back in the preseason game against Seattle Seahawks on Aug. 25. He missed the first 10 games of the season, but after he recovered, he must relinquish his starter position to Sanchez and Prescott, playing only one game and passing 29 yards.

This season Dallas Cowboys did not re-sign Mark Sanchez,. The 30-year-old quarter back later signed with Chicago Bears on Friday, March 24 in a one year and $2 million deal. Romo, who will be 37 this year will have to search for other team or to retire and start a new career as broadcaster.
