WINNER's Mino was recently rushed to the hospital after showing signs of neck injury. Reports said the idol has been complaining about his neck before he was admitted to receive treatment.

The idol reportedly received medication and physical therapy during his brief stay at the hospital. After that, he was provided with a neck cast and was allowed to join the group's final preparations.

The incident has caused the fans to worry about WINNER's promotional activities. However, YG Entertainment clarified the boy group will carry on with their initial schedules.

"He will wear a neck brace until he fully recovers. Mino's injury is not very serious so the comeback schedule will not be affected," the label said as per Koreaboo.

Mino and the rest of WINNER are set to make a comeback on Tuesday, April 4. This will mark their first return as a four-member group following Nam Tae Hyun's exit last year.

For the past few days, the boy group has been dropping teasers from their comeback music. WINNER has already revealed the two title tracks from the album, namely "Really Really" and "Fool."

Soompi cited WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon participated in the composition of the second title track. Further reports stated the band traveled to the United States for the filming of the music videos of these songs.

"WINNER has been preparing for a long time. While they can release all their new songs at once, because they took a break of a year and two months, WINNER doesn't want to take off any more long breaks," an insider said.

Teaser video for "Really Really" was produced in black and white, while "Fool" appeared to have been filmed inside a classic mansion. Apparently, WINNER intends to release two entirely different songs for their comeback as the former is more upbeat and latter is mellow.
