The first look at Pennywise the clown in the anticipated reboot of Stephen King's classic horror tale "IT" has been revealed. Bill Skarsgard will not be the only character that will bring everyone's childhood fears back to life, as double-jointed Javier Botet will be joining him in giving everyone goose bumps.

Skarsgard shared how they had to make Pennywise different from the mainstream ghouls, similar to the source of the original movie but also new and an improved character. He also shared how it feels like to step into the shows of Tim Curry, the original actor who played Pennywise in the 1990 classic version of "IT." He commended Curry for his great performance, and admitted that although he would probably not be as great as Curry, he would try his best to give justice to the iconic character.

Skarsgard also shared more about his character, Pennywise, by describing him as inhumane. He told EW News that he found the character to be extreme. Those who have watched the original version of "IT" knows that Pennywise was not really a clown, as he was a creature of pure evil. He also added that the character was beyond what a sociopath was, which made playing the role complex and extreme.

Meanwhile, Botet, known for his role as the crooked man in "Conjuring 2," is set to join Skarsgard in scaring the audience. According to Movie Pilot, though his role has not been revealed yet, it is speculated that he will take on one of the many forms of Pennywise in the reboot of "IT."

In terms of the storyline, there is no information as to how it will differ from the classic version of "IT." The audience will just have to see for themselves in the first part of the re-make scheduled for release on Sept. 8, 2017.
