There are gossips that Adele might be performing the hit song "Hello" in the upcoming 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show. The big game is just 6 months away from now.

According to Forbes, the National Football League (NFL) is interested on Adele doing a half-time performance next year; however, her nerves are the issue. She seems to have stage frights. She took it hard after the technical difficulties when she recently performed "All I Ask" at the 2016 Grammy Awards. She was severely disappointed when the piano microphone fell into the piano strings, making her less-than-perfect performance. She will have less control with the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

NFL's organizers are doing absolutely everything they can to convince Adele to sign up. They can advertise her in the sense of bringing more viewers. Everyone wants to see her performance at the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show since her shows and concerts are sold out. A representative of Adele has declined to comment regarding this issue.

If Adele will push through in the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show, she will join the best list of music VIPs who also graced the halftime stage such as Bruno Mars, Madonna, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Michael Jackson, and Cold Play, as Billboard reported. It also said that after performing at the halftime, the sales of the album of these artists increased. For example, Katy Perry performed at the 2015 Super Bowl Halftime Show. Her singles and albums increased up to 92% in sales.

Also, if ever Adele will grab the opportunity in the 2017 Super Bowl Halftime Show, her top-selling 2016 album "25" will experience a big bounce. It was released in 2015 and already sold more than 8 million U.S. copies nowadays. It includes the songs "Hello" and "When We Were Young." Currently, "Send My Love (To Your New Lover)" is the third single from her album and currently ranked as the No. 1 song on Billboard's Adult Pop Songs chart.
