Fans are ecstatic upon the recent confirmation that "Jurassic World 2" is currently in the works. Rumor has it that the film would acquire a new title, which is "Ancient Futures"; however, it is still unconfirmed whether the movie would be called "Jurassic World: Ancient Futures" or just "Ancient Futures."

It is said that details about "Jurassic World 2's" storyline still remains a mystery, although it is not surprising that Universal studios are trying hard to keep all the intricate details about the movie completely under wraps. Because of the lack of news about the upcoming film's detail, a lot of fans are starting to come up with their own ideas on how the movie would go.

Speculations suggest that "Jurassic World 2" would feature the life of the dinosaurs after their escape in the Jurassic World. Basically, the movie would show how dinosaurs and human beings would adjust now that both species are expected to live in the same environment. It is also stated that dinosaurs would have to fight for their survival in order to prevent extinction, while humans would be consumed with greed that would eventually be the cause of their destruction.

It is also suggested that companies that were featured in the previous movie such as InGen and BioSyn would finally come out with their own fleet of dinosaurs, and those companies would be taking advantage of the given situation which could lead to a possible military situation.

Game N Guide also reported that among the lead characters, Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) would be the one who'll show some drastic changes in the upcoming film.

During an interview with the director, Collin Trevorrow stated that even if Owen and Claire would both still be in the upcoming film, both of them would not be in the same place where the previous movie left the characters. It's still unclear whether Trevorrow is suggesting that the budding romance between the two didn't push through.

Trevorrow continued his statement saying, "And even though Claire is the one who evolves the most over the trilogy, it's her story that mirrors this changing world."

Not a lot of news about the upcoming film has been released, although a lot of speculations suggests that the sequel would be as great as the first one. Fans would just have to wait for the production's further confirmation if the rumored speculations on how the movie's story line would go is true.
