"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4 is scheduled to premiere next month, and there are now more information on the characters that are set to appear next.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Ghost Rider will be part of the series' fourth season, but his alter-ego is Robbie Reyes, a junkyard mechanic, rather than the more popular Johnny Blaze. Reyes appeared in he comics in March 2014, but Blaze was around for much longer, since 1972. The character will be played by Gabriel Luna ("Transpecos," "Gravy,").

"Because there is so little material on him right now, a lot of the show is going to be expanding the Ghost Rider canon," Luna told THR. "That's really cool. It's all me. It's all on me."

According to the 33-year-old actor, he knew Blaze and Danny Ketch, and he was not aware that the villain's "spirit of vengeance" is now in Reyes. When he was told of the role was going to play, he did his research and even bought the comic book series on the new Ghost Rider.

He further said that Ghost Rider and Reyes are separate, with the latter fighting the evil that's inhabiting his body. This means a lot of internal conflict, something will undoubtedly make the character interesting.

Movie Pilot explains that in the comics, Reyes gained his power from the death of Eli Morrow, whose spirit then inhabited his and granted him the powers of previous Ghost Riders. He later discovered that Morrow was his uncle who abducted at least 37 people and killed them for Satanic rituals.

Meanwhile, TVLine revealed that AIDA, the computer voice from Season 3, will have a robot body, and she will be portrayed by Mallory Jansen ("Galavant," "Baby Daddy"). Also appearing in the new season is Parminder Nagra ("The Blacklist," "ER"), who will be a politician who is against the InHumans and is very vocal about it.

Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, and Henry Simmons will reprise their roles as Phil Coulson, Melinda May, Daisy Johnson, Leo Fitz, Jenna Simmon, and Mack MacKenzie, respectively.

"Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." Season 4 will have 22 episodes and will premiere on ABC on Sept. 20.
