Many fans complain against the latest minor update in "Clash of Clans." This month's update gives air traps vulnerability back to Healers. This will make Healers vulnerable and will disrupt most players' favorite strategy.

In this month's  update, Supercell, the game developer made four minor changes. Those changes are: increasing the damage of canon in levels 11 to 14, reducing speed of the miner movement, giving more battle flexibility to attackers, and giving back Healers' vulnerability to air traps.

Supercell intended such changes to be minor balancing updates before September's major update. Nevertheless, players complained that the changes will upset their favorite "Queen walk" strategy, or "Super Queen."

The strategy is initiated by surrounding high level Archer Queen with at least four healers as her protection when Archer Queen launch the attack. This strategy will not work well if Healers are vulnerable to air traps as Metro explained.

Although Healers are favorite for more experienced players, but according to Supercell, Healers are difficult units to balance in terms of risk versus reward. Therefore, development team decided to make adjustment to the unit.

Originally, Healers were always be in a risky situation to support ground armies. Healers are proned to be fixated on isolated troops, or wander needlessly across the enemy Village. That makes Healers the easy target for enemies to shoot them down.

Developers later decided to change Healers to be less prone to attack and make them to stick closely to troops that needs them. However, these change made Healers become too safe. Since they can hide behind the Acher Queen and Bowlers during the attack.

Minor change of Healers in August is to give extra risk to the "Queen walk." The air traps risk creates measured balance to this powerful strategy. Therefore, defenders are able to shoot down more than one Healers during the "Queen walk" attack.

"Clash of Clans"was first released for iOS platforms in 2012, and available for Android in the next year. The game has received many positive reviews since its launching. Up to now, "Clash of Clans" is one of the top applications in both Apple Store and Google Play.
