People have watched actor Kit Harrington in action in the HBO hit series "Game of Thrones" and always has been portrayed as an average-guy-turned-noble knightly figure. It would be surprising for gamers to see him in a different light in the upcoming "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare," an evil space admiral accompanied by a captain played by UFC fighter Conor McGregor.

Activision's "Call of Duty" series has casting celebrities in their games lately, often exuding a cinematic feel to the gameplay. This time in the latest trailer of "Infinite Warfare," actor best known as Jon Snow from "Game of Thrones" will be taking the role of an evil (and angry) military figure in space named Admiral Salen Kotch, according to The Verge.

Accompanying the "Game of Thrones" star in the game is mixed martial arts expert Conor McGregor, who also appeared shortly in the trailer as Captain Bradley Fillion.  His character looks like to be muscle of the admiral and both characters based on the trailer seemed to be forces to be reckoned with.

The UFC fighter also claimed to be a fan of the series, as stated by Polygon. McGregor also starred in a videogame before as himself in "EA Sports UFC 2," where he also guest starred and played against Conan O'Brien in the "Clueless Gamer" segment.

As revealed by the trailer, the story seemed to revolve around the futuristic setting in space. It appears that the latest "Call of Duty" title will deal with Earth's resources being depleted and mankind venturing into space for resources. The conflict, however, would have to involve an insurgency group led by Kit Harrington's character, causing major death and destruction and claiming the outer worlds as their own.

Other than the celebrity cameos, "Infinite Warfare" promises to deliver battle-hardened space soldiers, high tech weapons, epic space battles, and huge exploding spaceships.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will be launched Nov. 4, along with the remastered edition of "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
