Bollywood actress Radhika Apte has finally opened about her leaked sex scene from her upcoming movie "Parched."
The 31-year-old "Kabali" actress said she is not bothered about the leaked video clip. The "Hunterrr" actress said she had no apprehensions doing nude scenes adding that she is not ashamed of her body.
"I don't see why I should be ashamed of my body. That's the one tool I use as a performer. I had no apprehensions doing bold scenes. I was also sure that I was really in good hands," Indian Express newspaper quoted Apte as saying.
Apte has recently been in news over leaked sex scenes from her upcoming movie "Parched". The leaked video, which shows a completely naked Apte in an intimate scene with her co-actor Adil Hussain, went viral on social media apps.
The "Badlapur" actress, who plays an infertile village woman in the movie, also said the movie is much more than the leaked nude clip. "I don't think too much about these things. The film is much more than this scene," she said, Press Trust of India news agency reported.
The makers of Leena Yadav-directed controversial women centric film have recently released its official trailer in India. "Parched," which is cleared by Indian censor board with an 'A' certificate,' also stars Tannishtha Chatterjee, Sayani Gupta, Surveen Chawla and Lehar Khan in important roles. Produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, "Parched" is all set to hit Indian theaters this Friday (Sept. 23).
