Korean variety show "We Got Married" just announced the newest artists who will be paired for the program. Fans will soon witness the wedding of Apink member Bomi and actor Choi Tae Joon.
The announcement was made by producers of "We Got Married" on Sept. 22, a day after Bomi and Choi finished their first filming. "Choi Tae Joon and Bomi are appearing as an onscreen couple. They had their first, heart-fluttering meeting on the 21st," the producers said as per Allkpop.
The producers added Bomi and Choi are well-liked by the audience after making appearances in several variety shows. "So, look forward to what kind of chemistry they'll have," they added.
Following the announcement of Bomi and Choi's addition in "We Got Married," Loen Entertainment revealed Cao Lu and Jo Se Ho have filmed an episode for the variety show a couple of weeks ago, Soompi reported.
The agency thought it might be the last for the onscreen couple after being in the show for the past five months. "We have not received information as to when the last day of their broadcast will be," Loen Entertainment added.
Meanwhile, fans are thrilled to know about Bomi and Choi's participation in "We Got Married." A fan posted, "I hope all Pandas can just support Bomi as much as the previous Apink member Na-eun had an experience in "WGM" in 2013."
Bomi and Choi becomes the first couple to be added in "We Got Married" after MADTOWN's Jota and Jinkyung in May 14. The variety show started airing in 2008 featuring Korean celebrities who will stage as married couple.
