In an episode of "Star Show 360," EXO member Xiumin revealed his person technique for weight loss. The artist admitted the fastest way to lose weight is to eat nothing, however, Xiumin does not recommend such unhealthy diet.
Instead of not eating to lose some pounds, Xiumin prepared his own diet, which seemed to be effective as the EXO member reportedly lose 18 lbs since he debuted with the boy group, Allkpop reported.
According to Xiumin, one has to wake up early and go out for a long walk before taking his breakfast. The EXO member also said those who want to lose weight can still eat what they want so long as they don't make themselves full.
After breakfast, the artist said the person has to starve himself for four hours before taking his next full meal. Xiumin added the person in diet must have eaten his dinner four hours before he goes to bed.
"If you do this for about a month, then you will definitely not gain any weight, and you will have shed at least some pounds. What's most important is to be active," Xiumin said on "Star Show 360."
He continued, "For those who attend school, you must wake up early in the morning to exercise. The second most important thing is to have perseverance. You absolutely need perseverance. Diligence, effort, and positivity: you can succeed at your diet of you practice these three things."
Xiumin debuted as the seventh member of EXO in 2012. He is also a member of its sub-unit EXO-M. Aside from him, fans have also noticed how Baekhyun is looking more manly for losing some weight these days, Koreaboo noted.
According to his fans, Baekhyun's jaw lines are more defined making him look more matured. However, fans are curious whether the idol intended to lose weight or his weight loss is just a result of their busy schedule.
