According to the Spoiler TV's description for episode 12 of "Hawaii Five-0" season 6, Aunt Deb is visiting the island for a special reason. She will be accompanied by McGarrett's sister Taryn Manning's Mary.
So why exactly are the two ladies visiting McGarrett? According to Ecumenical News, Episode 12 will feature a "monumental family reunion." It is said that "Ua ola loko i ke aloha," might be Aunt Deb's final appearance on "Hawaii Five-0."
Aunt Deb is here for a reason and she brings with her sad news. On her trip to the island, she is reportedly expected to tell Mary and McGarrett that she has experienced cancer recurrence.
Fans know that Aunt Deb and McGarrett share a special bond and knowing that Aunt Deb is suffering from the deadly disease again will break him. Also, she is here to scatter ashes rom her uncle's urn in the island.
A promo video for "Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 teases the events of Episode 12 ""Ua ola loko i ke aloha." It shows McGarrett's interaction with his aunt. As she is here for one last time, she expresses her desire to drive McGarrett's truck. One can see her thrilled, while McGarrett is freaking out in the passenger seat.
In the meantime, the Five-0, McGarrett, Danny, Chin Ho Kelly, Kono Kalakaua, and Lou Grover, will be on the field as they investigate the disappearance unstable Japanese World War II bombs that were hidden on the island.
