"Pokemon GO" has a few number of rare Pokemons available for players to catch and train. The rare ones are the in-demand ones. Some are even more in-demand that the other. Players are looking for strong and rare Pokemons to register in their Pokedexes; or to take over a gym with. To some extent, these rare Pokemons are the closest players can get to legendary Pokemons until the coming of special events.

One of these rare Pokemons is the "Porygon". It is so rare that its appearances in Sydney, Australia had caused a stampede.

But there are two options for players to catch these rare Pokemons. First, if by sheer luck, one acquired an egg and was able to hatch the Pokemon. Second, by exploring the world and visit places by which these Pokemons may thrive. Both, however, are difficult tasks especially if one cannot be bothered.

But is now reported that players may now have the chance of catching a "Porygon".

According to the report, numerous sightings of "Porygons" took place in areas near trial courts and administrative buildings. In fact, "Porygon" sightings were observed near the Department of Agriculture building in Porto Alegre, Brazil. These various sightings were verified by Pokemon Go Hub which collated "around 1250000 spawns" and 378 "Porygon" encounters.

Out of the data collected, the Pokemon Go Hub was able to conclude that out of the 1.25 million spawns and encounters, there were 378 "Porygon" encounters. That is a .03024 percent chance of encountering a Porygon.

But out of the 378 "Porygon" encounters, 291 occurred near a court house or administrative related building. That is 76.9 percent chance of occurrence. It is considered near if it is less than 1 kilometer. Of the remaining encounters, 58 took place in under 5 kilometers from the court/building and 34 were observed beyond 5 kilometers.

However, if one decides to take the other route that is by hatching eggs, Android Fit reports that "Porygons" tend to hatch eggs 5 kilometers quite often. In fact, the more one have to travel to hatch an egg, the higher the possibility of getting a rare Pokemon.
