The latest weekly issue of Famitsu has shown details of who will be cast in "New Danganronpa V3: Everyone's New Semester of Killing." We got new quirky characters in store along with the protagonist Kaede Akamatsu and, of course, who would ever want to disregard the series' ever-so-famous Monokuma.
Here's the list of the Japanese voice cast from the latest Famitsu weekly issue (via DualShockers):
it is already known that Tarako will already voice Monokuma, while Sayaka Kanda voices protagonist Kaede Akamatsu. These list of other voice actors, however, does not seem to any character names attached to them, so it's not yet quite known who they will be until any further news. Also, what is quite noticeable is the fact that voice actor Kouichi Yamadera has his name mentioned five times. Is he going to voice five different characters or will he voice the five new Monokumas?
According to an earlier article in Gematsu, it was featured that there will be five bear type robots calling themselves the "Children of Monokuma." Under the direct orders of the schoolmaster, their father Monokuma, they are able to control Saishuu Academy, as well as the "killing game" the "Danganronpa" series is known for. Each of these five Monokumas has its own unique personality and mischiefs and often fails trying to keep the conversation under control.
"New Danganronpa V3: Everyone's New Semester of Killing" is slated for release on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in Japan on Jan. 12, 2017.
