Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has wrapped up shooting for his upcoming movie "Jolly LLB 2" in a record time. The "Singh is Bling" actor completed the shooting of the courtroom drama in just 30 days, media reports said.
"I think 'Jolly LLB 2' has beaten all my previous wrap up times," the "Rowdy Rathore" actor said, Hindustan Times reported. Kumar also praised movie's director Subhash Kumar saying that he is so well planned and prepared. "It's fast-paced and magical to work with Subhash Kapoor (director), who is so well planned and prepared," the actor said. "Jolly LLB 2" is a sequel of Arshad Warsi starrer 2013 courtroom comedy "Jolly LLB." It is slated to release early next year.
The "Khatta Meetha" actor is riding high on the box office success of his three last movies - "Rustom," "Airlift," and "Housefull 3."He will soon make debute in Tamil film industry with superstar Rajinikanth's science fiction "2.0." Kumar will be seen playing role of main antagonist in the Pa Rajith directorial project, which is a sequel of Rajinikanth's 2010 superhit film "Enthiran." The movie, which also stars Amy Jackson, Sudhanshu Pandey and Adil Hussain in key roles, is slated to release next year.
The 49-year-old Indian superstar has recently been listed among the world's top 10 highest paid actors by the US-based Forbes magazine. Kumar has secured 10th spot in Forbes world's highest paid actors in year 2016 with the earnings of $31.5 million. "Akshay Kumar banked $31.5 million - more than Carmelo Anthony and Britney Spears - to become one of two Indian actors on the ranking," Forbes reported. "One of Bollywood's busiest leading men, Kumar banked top rupee for three hit films in our scoring period."
