A sequel of Kangana Ranaut starrer super hit Bollywood movie "Queen" is said to be in the pipeline. As per media reports, the makers of 2014 comedy romance drama are planning to make a sequel of their critically acclaimed film. Ranaut, who won 'National Award for Best Female Actor' for her work in "Queen," will be again seen as "Rani" in second installment of movie.
Director Vikas Bahl, whose last Bollywood movie "Shandaar" was a box office disaster, is reportedly working on a script for the sequel and once it is ready the producers from Phantom Films will discuss it with Ranaut. "Queen 2 is something which Phantom Films are currently working on. We are told that director Bahl has come up with a story idea which is still not concrete and it will take time to write the first draft," sources said, Bollywood Life entertainment news portal reported. "A meeting with Kangana Ranaut will take place only once the script is finalized. We couldn't have been more excited."
Ranaut, who will next seen in Vishal Bhardwaj's war movie "Rangoon," is currently busy shooting for her next movie "Simran" in United States. She is reportedly essaying a role of an eccentric maid in the Hansal Mehta directed flick. The 29-year-old "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" actress was recently seen in a sexy photo shoot for GQ magazine, Times of India reported. Ranaut, who appeared in a hot lingerie on the cover page of the GQ India, was also awarded woman of the year award by the magazine.
