Zack Addy (Eric Millegan) is set to become the savior of Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) in the upcoming "Bones" Season 12. He may not be who the others are expecting him to be.
There are speculations that Zack is not the serial killer "The Puppeteer" in the "Bones" Season 12. He is actually the criminal's sidekick. He will, later on, change his mind, help Brennan escape, and will die instead of her.
In "Bones" Season 11, Zack kidnapped Brennan. He was revealed to have mental problems despite being a brilliant protégée and having a great career. His life was ruined when a case that the Jeffersonian was handling connected to him.
Zack was supposed to be locked up in a psychological facility in "Bones" Season 11. However, he somehow managed to escape and got to Brennan. If he will sacrifice his life for her, Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) will have to thank him for the rest of his life.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Bones" Season 12 is the shortened final season. It will consist of 12 episodes, instead of the normal 22. The showrunners Jonathan Collier and Michael Peterson will stay as the executive producers.
The episode 11 of "Bones" Season 12 will reveal the meaning of the 447 mystery, TV Line reported. Zack will appear in three or four episodes. A wedding is expected for Camille Saroyan (Tamara Taylor) and Arastoo Vaziri (Pej Vahdat). Booth and Brennan will have another undercover adventure before the series finale.
"Bones" Season 12 would be a tough time for Brennan since she has been seeing a psychiatrist. Brennan did not tell Booth that she was having a recurring dream about Zack. By the time that Booth found out, it was too late.
"Bones" Season 12 as the final season is scheduled to air midseason, sometime in early 2017.
