The latest chapter of "Shokugeki no Soma" continues the bear meat battle between Hayama and Soma. Although the presentation of the dish is already over, Soe Nakiri continues to deliberate and explain the beauty of both dishes and notes the advantage of Soma over Hayama.

Chapter 190 of "Shokugeki no Soma" is already online on Manga Stream. The chapter starts with the audience waiting for Soe's decision on the winning dish. Hayama appears to be irritated with Soma's ability and the judges' reaction to his dish.
Soe noted the unique ingredient used by Soma to perfectly capture the taste of bear meat without sacrificing its flavor. Soma revealed that he used amor cork honey which provides a bit of astringent taste while complementing the flavor of the meat. Aside from the secret ingredient, Soe also noted that he senses Hayama's lack of fire to cook something delicious. Hayama recalls his deal with Azami Nakiri about Jun's research society but he also receives dire warning from Jun about the dangerous deal of Azami.
When Hayama confronted Soma about his desire, the latter commented that his loss to Hayama is his biggest inspiration to cook something delicious. It was also that time that Soma finished the dish specifically prepared for Hayama to taste.

The forum posts in Manga Helpers pointed out that the upcoming chapter will finally reveal Soma as the winner. Although Soe praised Soma's dish extensively, he failed to name the winner in the competition.
Aside from the Soma's win, Hayama will also reveal the reason he joined Central and if Soma could find a way to help him and Jun. It is possible that Jun could vacate his post and join Polar Star Dorm.
