On the Nov. 12 episode of "We Got Married," Jin Kyung finally had the chance to meet with Jota's father in Busan.
Before they could even set foot in Busan, Jin Kyung has been acting anxious about her meeting with her father-in-law. However, Jota was seemingly amused of the idea that his virtual wife is worried about what his father would think of her.
Allkpop reported that Jin Kyung even said she has thought of what to wear on that day in hopes to impress her father-in-law. Prior to that, Jota told Jin Kyung his father is fascinated with clothes.
"I made extra effort in terms of what I'm wearing because you said we were meeting your father. I look quiet and gentle, right? Does he like things like this?"
As a result, Jota asked Jin Kyung, "Why are you so anxious about this?" who answered that she is like going to a "daughter-in-law interview."
Upon their arrival in Busan, the "We Got Married" couple walked by the beach, where Jota used to spend his leisure time while waiting for his father. After that, the 33 couple waited to share a meal with Jota's father.
Surprising Jin Kyung, Jota's father gave her a red rose he bought along the way. Jota's father also told his son to let his wife win occasionally. Feeling flustered, the model brought out her gift to Jota's father, which is a matching hoodie with them.
After getting dressed, the three went to the beach to relax and pose for photos. Previously, Jin Kyung's mother and sister visited their house to meet Jota, Soompi reported. The MADTOWN member personally prepared the food to impress his in-laws.
As a result, Jota and Jin Kyung's mother clicked and got along well. The two even posed for a couple of snaps, while Jota surprised her mother in-law with a bouquet and a letter.
