Thousands of ARMYs from all over the globe gathered on Sunday to be with BTS at Gocheok Sky Dome for a special event. Not only that the fans have shown the idols their loyalty, but also proven they are a good example to other fandoms after that night.
A report from Inquirer stated about 38,000 fans from all over the world joined BTS during the fan meeting event, overwhelming the seven-member boy group. "It is such a thrilling honor to be with so many fans at the Gocheok Sky Dome," the band said.
BTS continued, "You are the pillars we lean on when we are exhausted and down, and we are extremely grateful. Our greatest happiness was meeting all of you."
Reports revealed BTS performed several tracks from their latest album "WINGS." The boy group was also joined by comedian Kim Young Chul to host the fan meeting event.
After the fan meeting event of BTS, many netizens were surprised to see photos of the venue all cleaned up, Allkpop reported. As a result, ARMYs were commended for setting a great example to other fandoms in events like this.
Reports claimed ARMYs did their part in cleaning up the venue after the fan meeting event. Some of them picked up the garbage, while others even segregated them appropriately.
