The pretty nurse from "Descendants Of The Sun" has spoken up about her inner struggle when she was casted for the popular TV series.
Park Hwan Hee, who shared the small screen with Song Hye Kyo on "Descendants Of The Sun," shared she almost gave up the drama, thinking that she might cause problems while filming the KBS2 series.
"Song Hye Kyo sunbaenim is the only celebrity that I liked since I was little and because I could've been a burden in her drama, I thought about giving up 'Descendants of the Sun,'"Park said as per Allkpop.
Park continued to expressed her admiration towards the "Descendant Of The Sun" co-star, stating that Hye Kyo is even prettier without makeup on. "There was one time when she looked very admirable. It was when she was filming a scene washing her face," she said.
"She really washed her face and smiled with her bare face, and she was even prettier. I realized why people praise "Song Hye Kyo, Song Hye Kyo.""
Meanwhile, Hye Kyo recently held a fan meeting to celebrate her 20th year in the entertainment industry and upcoming birthday on the 22nd. According to YIBADA, Hye Kyo's partner Song Joong Ki made a surprise appearance at the fan meeting, however, no proposal was made.
During the fan meeting, Hye Kyo dedicated a letter to her fans, which made her emotional. The actress even cried, while Joong Ki immediately appeared on stage with tissue papers and bow out from the fans after handing them to Hye Kyo.
The actor was commended for the sweet gesture, melting the hearts of the Song-Song couple fans.
