Who can deny that Japan has always had the first access to its own games when they're released? This is especially true for their game "Dragon Ball Fusions" for the 3DS, which was released back in August. Now, the game is now set for release in the West.

According to Forbes, Bandai Namco's "Dragon Ball Fusions" is a game that allows you to combine various characters from the "Dragon Ball" universe. As the name of the game implies, the "fusions" has been a gradually growing staple in the franchise which combine the abilities, attributes and powers of two unique individuals into a far more formidable being.

The modern series "Dragon Ball Super" had still maintained the skill in the narrative as the protagonists Goku and Vegeta fused together to become Vegito, who shows himself more than once.

While the fusion skills are normally limited in the rest of the "Dragon Ball" series, "Dragon Ball Fusions" does not show those limitations as the game's Capsule Corporation invented the "Metamo-Ring" that will allow any kind of fusions with anyone - and the possibilities are limitless. These new fusions are actually called EX-Fusions, unique only to this game.

Developer Ganbarion has been known to do a lot of various anime tie-in games, and with one of its latest titles, "Dragon Ball Fusions" was well-received back home in Japan. The game had the ability to make numerous combinations with the rich cast of characters in the game, adding twists and depths in the battles of the game.

Other "Dragon Ball"-themed RPGs include well-received "Legacy of Goku" series on the Gameboy Advance, which spanned "Legacy of Goku," "Legacy of Goku 2," and "Buu's Fury," according to Gaming Bolt. Those games were well-received by the fanbase and they would still hope that "Dragon Ball Fusions" would be as good as - or even better than - the previous RPGs.

"Dragon Ball Fusions" will be released on the Nintendo 3DS on Dec. 13, 2016 in North America, while Europe gets a February 2017 release.
