The forthcoming Mnet Asian Music Awards 2016 (MAMA) will be star-studded as Wiz Khalifa will headline the program along with confirmed performers such as Suzy Bae and TWICE. The upcoming music award is scheduled on December 2 and will be held at the Hong Kong Asia World Expo.

The hip hop rapper's participation was confirmed at a press conference organized at CJ E&M Center on November 24. Director Kang Hee Jung revealed Wiz Khalifa's performance on the said event, according to Soompi.
He said," Wiz Khalifa is a singer who topped the Billboard Singles Hot 100 Chart with his song 'Black and Yellow.' He is well-known in Korea for his song 'See You Again,' which was part of the original soundtrack of the 'Fast and Furious franchise."
Since the celebrity roster is an important thing to expect, organizers of the event are also prepping up a generous and splendid award ceremony for 2016. Aside from Suzy Bae and TWICE performing at MAMA 2016, other confirmed performers include EXO's Baekhyun, BTS, GFRIEND, GOT7, BewhY, NCT DREAM, MONSTA X, I.O.I, and SEVENTEEN. As of the moment no details have been disclosed as to who is the surprise Kpop performer that will join Wiz Khalifa to perform on stage.
