Moon Hee Jun and Soyul shocked everyone when they announced their engagement in November. Even their closest friends were surprised upon learning that the two have been seeing each other and are about to tie the knot.
On the Dec. 8 broadcast of "Singderella," Moon narrated how he met Soyul and her traits that made him fall in love with the Crayon Pop member. He looked back and remembered the first time he saw his fiancé in 2013, where he thought Soyul was a fan of some idol.
"Then later, I saw her on the monitor dancing on stage while I was in the waiting room, so I realized that she is a singer. Since then, I had an interest in her," Moon said as per Soompi.
He added there was a time when he struggled to lose weight and Soyul was there to support him. "She went out of her way to bring this heavy box to me that was filled with ten 1.5-liter bottles of burdock tea, which she had brewed and prepared herself," Moon shared.
After sharing their love story, Moon also dedicated a sweet message to Soyul on "Singderella" and said, "I want to love her for the rest of my life without any issues. Human beings' hearts flutter because of hormones for about 3 years. But I want to beat that."
Following Moon and Soyul's announcement of their engagement, Allkpop reported their respective agencies confirmed the matter and revealed the couple is planning to hold the wedding in February 2017.
Koen Stars added Moon and Soyul started out as close friends before they have decided to take their relationship into the next level.
Meanwhile, rumors surfaced claiming that the couple wants a shotgun marriage and even accusing Soyul of being pregnant. However, the Crayon Pop member was quick to deny the rumors.
