After 10 years, it is safe to claim that BIGBANG is one of the most successful bands in the K-Pop industry, and having said that, G-Dragon and Taeyang revealed their little secret for standing out among other boy groups.

During an interview, G-Dragon said fans may know their style and music but might not know the edge of BIGBANG. "The public has been watching us for 10 years. They probably have an understanding of our name and style," he said as per Allkpop.

The idol went on, "Being able to multi-play on stage as well as variety shows is Big Bang's strength. We ourselves prefer songs that diverse age groups can listen to. The times when I'm the proudest are when people in their 40s, 50s, and even 60s listen to our music and sing along."

G-Dragon's statement was supported by Taeyang who said each BIGBANG members has their own skill which contributed to the success of the boy group. "Of course, there are a lot of idols who compose their own music," Taeyang said.

He added, "But if I had to name how BIGBANG is different, I'll say that all 5 members each have a strong distinctive charm, and we can generate big energy when we come together."

On Monday, BIGBANG released three new songs before T.O.P starts his mandatory military service, Billboard cited. The boy group dropped "Fxxk It," "Last Dance" and "Girlfriend."

BIGBANG's recent album titled "MADE" will serve as a sendoff release to T.O.P, who will be the first member to be enlisted in February. As part of their promotional activities, the five-member boy group will be featured on "Weekly Idol" aside from their appearances on "Infinite Challenge" and "Radio Star."

Previously, BIGBANG rarely appears on variety shows as per Yang Hyun Suk's decision. However, the record producer reportedly changed his mind because of T.O.P's enlistment.

"He viewed variety show appearances as the answer to soothing sad fans and suggested it to the members. The member readily accepted and selected three programs to appear on after careful consideration," the source revealed.

With that being said, mark your calendars for the appearances of BIGBANG on "Infinite Challenge," "Radio Star" and "Weekly Idol."
