The death of "Star Wars" actress Carrie Fisher hit us all, alongside her mother Debbie Reynolds. Having loved by family, friends and fans alike, they would show their love, appreciation and remembrance to the actress who immortalized Princess Leia. Publisher Bethesda, on their end, has had their way of letting their fans remember the actress by revealing that she had a small role in the first "Dishonored" title.

An interview with Glixel revealed that Fisher had several lines recorded for developer Arkane Studios' hit stealth action game. And just like Daniel Craig's big star status used for a small time role in "Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens," the actress's role is well hidden in "Dishonored." To find out on how to access her voice work in the game, players would have to assassinate a propaganda officer during the "Return to the Tower" mission.

Once that had been done, players would have to wait late in the game to hear her voice over the public address system in "Dishonored's" main setting, Dunwall.

Here's the video clip, thanks to YouTuber Tom Dangerfield:

According to the public announcement, Fisher says thing like people should not "interfere with the regular transfer of deceased persons to disposal centers in the Flooded District" or that "any disturbance in the region of Dunwall Tower this evening has been the result of a previously scheduled training exercise."

This was Arkane Studios and Bethesda's way of paying tribute to the late actress, who just passed away a few days ago. According to the official "Dishonored" Twitter page, creative director Harvey Smith actually revealed this tidbit about her involvement in the game expressing that she was "gracious, funny and creatively open."

This is just one way for gamers (especially Dishonored fans) to remember the late actress in their own way.

Carrie Fisher has never appeared in video games except for this one and this year's "Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens" where she played none other than the princess-turned-general Leia Organa.

Fisher, along with her mother, "Singin' in the Rain" star Debbie Reynolds, have just passed away due to a massive heart attack and stroke respectively. Our condolence to their families.
