"The Walking Dead" Season 7 is on its second half and the synopsis that brought additional excitement to fans revealed that war is coming, with new communities joining the fight.
In the official synopsis release, it was revealed that the different communities are preparing for the all-out war against Negan, but the catch is on the rumored new survivors. As everyone might have been aware by now, there are four groups in the series, namely The Saviors, Alexandria, Hilltop, and The Kingdom, wherein the latter being the most established among them.
According to reports, the new survivors can't be the Oceanside community because everyone knows of their existence and how they suffered in the hands of Negan. With this, fans can only assume that these new survivors are related to the persons in boots, which served as the cliffhanger in episode 8.
In the promo pictures released for the next season, the war preparation continues. These are photos of Rick standing on a road with his gun; Michonne, Aaron, Tara and Rick outside in tall grass; and Michonne, Jesus, Carl, Sasha, Maggie, Rick, Tara, Daryl and Rosita standing in the foyer of a house. It can be inferred from the official synopsis released that the next season will revolve around the war, betrayal and trust. As mentioned by Forbes, the cable network said that The second half of the season will focus on preparing for war and gathering the supplies and numbers to take Negan down once and for all.
The phenomenal zombie-apocalypse series will return on Feb. 12.
As mentioned in many reports, the adaptation of the movie has many deviations from the original comic source. While the excitement in the series has cooled-off for a while, many reports suggest that the heyday and climax of the season will probably come off in the upcoming episodes, as the all-out war, which fans have always prayed for, will finally be pushed through.
