Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna are finally married!
After several years of being boyfriend and girlfriend, Luna walked down the aisle on Saturday to tie the knot with Sotto.
During their exchange of vows at the reception venue, the funny man joked about Luna now being his second priority.
In the past, Sotto made it clear that Luna was only his fifth priority, but obviously the "Eat Bulaga" host was simply joking.
On a more serious note, the 61-year-old said that such nice words about Luna. The actor also promised the young woman a lifetime of togetherness.
"So many things I want to say, that I can say what I want to tell you. So many ways that I want to show you how much I'm thankful for loving me. So many ways to say I love you and will love you, will always love you. Pero to sum it all up, to summarize it, I want to tell you something. From this day forward, you will be my number two in my life," he said.
Meanwhile, in an interview with PEP.ph, Sotto and Luna explained what they meant when they said that Luna used to be fifth in Sotto's list of priorities.
According to the newlyweds, Sotto made it clear that his first priority is always God, second are his children, third is his family, fourth is his job, fifth is golf, and Luna was sixth.
"Medyo nagtatampo. Binola ko na lang sabi ko, 'Number 5 ka.' Mas importante ka sa golf, syempre. Kaya every time na we talked, 'O, may number 6 ka bukas?' Tinatanong niya kung may golf ako bukas," he said.
(She felt bad. I just told her that she's my fifth priority because she's more important than golf. That's why every time we talked, she would ask me, 'Do you have number 6 tomorrow?' She's asking if I have golf the next day)
Luna added that she's very happy because from number five, she's now in number two.
"Which means that I will love you and I will take care of you, and I wanna thank you, you and your family," Sotto concluded.
In other news, it is still unclear whether or not Sotto and Luna will immediately decide on having a child together.
