Cleveland Cavaliers are 6-4 in their last 10 games and they are on the losing streak with two consecutive losses. The team shows the need of a playmaker to organize their play and they are reportedly targeting either Jameer Nelson or Deron Williams.

LeBron James expressed his frustration with the team condition after they lost the game against New Orleans Pelicans who played without Anthony Davis on Monday night, Jan. 23. Speaking to a group of reporter as quoted by ESPN, James looked very unhappy with the team condition.

"I just hope that we're not satisfied as an organization," he said and repeated it again. “"I just hope that we're not satisfied."

The Cavs are now 30-13 in the mid-season and still ranked first in the Eastern Conference standings. But they showed a problem of acute inconsistency as they enter the new year. James insisted the team need a playmaker to organize the play.

According to CBS Sports, the Cavaliers are currently eyeing for either Denver Nuggets’ Nelson or Mavericks’ Williams. They are also interested to get Rajon Rondo from the Bulls.

Nelson is the point guard with 18-year experience in the league who currently playing for the team that drafted him in 2004 NBA Draft, Denver Nuggets. In his career, he averaged 12.0 points and 5.2 assists per game, and he is well-known during his tenure with Orlando Magic for 10 years before being traded to Dallas, Celtics and returned to Denver in 2015.

Meanwhile Williams is a three-time All-Star and two-time Olympic gold medalist with the U.S.A. Basketball team in Beijing and London. Statistically speaking, he is slightly better than Nelso with 13.0 points and 5.7 assists. He currenly played with Mavericks since 2015-16 season after a long tenure with Utah Jazz and Brooklyn Nets.

Cavaliers also tried to get Rondo who is now unhappy with his playing time as he became the backup for Michael-Carter Williams. Those players are on the wanted list for Cavaliers to help them organizing their play and return to their winning form.
