Both the Meizu smartphones are only still available in China but it would appear that it might change soon based on viral reports this January. Since the launch of the Meizu M5 and the Meizu M5 Note, Android fans outside China couldn't be more disappointed for not being able to buy it.
Android Headlines has some good news based on a post that was seen lurking from the site Postel, a website that is likened to the FCC of the United States only based in Indonesia. Tech experts and enthusiasts jumped into the conclusion that it could mean that the two phones availability in the Indonesian market is about to happen in the near future.
Having both the Meizu M5 and M5 Note posted on that site means a lot because it shows that they are certified in Indonesia. Therefore, a possibility of selling them soon in that country could be any minute now. The post gave hope to lots of Android fans in buying the phone. However, Postel did not give any further information regarding their post.
GSM Arena also wrote about Postel not revealing anything about the launch or the availability of the phones in Indonesia. As of the moment, fans of the said units could only guess if it is even going to be available outside China.
Should this happen, there would now be an even bigger chance of these phones being sold in other countries like the U.S. and some parts of Europe. There are a lot of Meizu partners online like Amazon, which is why selling this in the West and even Asia could work out for the company.
The price of the two phones ranges from $100 to $130. For a smartphone, it is safe to say that they are pretty affordable. This is just among the reasons why a lot of smartphone users are adamant that these become available worldwide.
