"Avengers: Infinity War" is getting beefed-up. Following the announcement that the big-budget film has already began production, new bits of information is now beginning to emerge. As of Wednesday, a news has dropped saying that Brit actor Tom Holland has also started filming as the web-slinging hero, Spiderman.
According to Comic Book, Holland might have let it slip during a recent live video he posted on Instagram that he has already began suiting up as Spiderman for "Avengers: Infinity War." The site is not confirming anything, but the clip seems to suggest otherwise.
In the video, Holland said: "We're obviously working. Maybe I can't say this on live. Oh, I can. People know right - what we're here for?"
While it's pretty obvious that Holland is hesitant to share his current status, the fact that he streamed the video live just simply gave him no choice to withdraw what he just said. The actor then just ended the clip saying this: "Well, now they know! Oh, no. Right, anyway, I'm going to have to go before I say something I'm not supposed to say."

Recently, Holland has already confirmed his involvement to the film during an interview with Italian magazine, L'Uomo Vogue. Comic Book shared a translated excerpt from the actor's chat with the publication, where Holland mentioned that producers at Marvel wanted to make sure that he "was the right person before entrusting three films over the next four years, including Avengers: Infinity War."
"Avengers: Infinity War," according to directors The Russo brothers, is linked to Marvel's comic book series, The Infinity Gauntlet. The title follows the character of a mad Titan named Thanos, who will stop at nothing to claim each of the Infinity stones to have godlike powers while also wiping out half of the sentient life in the universe to impress his love, Death. To beat him, the heroes of Earth must assemble together after he succeeds in his mission.
"Avengers: Infinity War" is slated for release in theaters on May 4, 2018.
