Hallyu star Kwang Sang Woo has indeed proven that he is among the celebrities with timeless sex appeal as he displayed his rock-hard body on the premiere episode of MBC’s latest variety show offering, the “Puberty in Their 40’s.”
Aired Jan. 28, the actor, together with his comedian friend Jung Jun Ha, spent a short holiday in the countryside together, All KPop reported. During the trip, the two stars did a ping pong showdown and had likewise visited a sauna wherein Kwang’s only body cover is the towel on the lower portion of his body. Thus, exposing his toned biceps and solid six-pack abs.
Meanwhile, in one part of the show, Kwang revealed the reason why he joined the show. Furthermore, he also expressed his love and gratitude for his friend Jung.
“I would have no reason to do this show if it wasn’t for Jung Joon Ha. The only reason I agreed to it is because we’re friends…There was a time when I was having agency-related problems. There were lots of rumors flying around. It was when my stress level was at an all-time high when I met Jung Joon Ha. We met almost every day. He was a great source of strength for me,” said Kwang as quoted by Soompi.
“Puberty in Their 40’s” takes two 40-year-old celebrity friends in different adventures together to make them feel how it feels like to be young again. The show airs on MBC every Saturday at 6:45 pm.
Kwang rose to fame in 2003 after starring in the romantic comedy film ”My Tutor Friend”. He also appeared on the hit TV drama series ”Stairway to Heaven”, “Cinderella Man”, and “Temptation”. In 2008, the star married actress and former Miss Korea Son Tae Young.
