Lee Min Ho reportedly chose March 2016 as the wedding date of the fan as per viral photo. Before the big day, the fan sent an invitation to "The Legend of the Blue Sea" actor through his label MYM Entertainment.
The actor failed to attend the special event due to his busy schedule. However, Lee Min Ho made an effort to make his presence felt on the fan's wedding day as he sent her a flower wreath with message, "Please be happy and live well."
Reports claimed the fan almost fainted upon seeing Lee Min Ho's wedding gift. Meanwhile, fans are praising the actor for his effort in making his fans happy. "The lengths that he goes through just to make his fans happy... It warms my heart," a fan posted.
On the other hand, a recent survey among Americans revealed Lee Min Ho as the most popular Korean actor. Drama Fever cited thousands of American K-Drama viewers participated in listing their top 10 Korean actors.
Lee Min Ho secured the top spot for the male category, while "Doctors" actress Park Shin Hye dominated the female category. Joining Lee Min Ho were Lee Joon Gi, Lee Jong Suk, Song Joong Ki, and Ji Chang Wook.
Tailing Park Shin Hye were actresses Gong Hyo Jin, IU, Song Hye Kyo, ang Hwang Jung Eum.
The recent survey was conducted by the US branch of Korea Creative Content Agency to focus solely on American K-Drama viewers.
