Jung Joon Young finally unveiled the official music video of his newest single "Me and You" featuring Jang Hyejin. However, the singer-songwriter admitted in a recent interview that he is quite disappointed of the song's MV.
"It's the first time that I've come out so little in my own MV. When I was cheering on Joo Woo Jae and Han Eun Seo, it felt relaxing but also a little disappointing," Jung Joon Young shared as per Allkpop.
Hence, the "Me and You" singer promised his fans to appear in his next MV. Aside from that, Jung Joon Young also revealed he would like his fans to consider his new music as his personal story.
"I thought of going through a break up when I wrote the lyrics for "Me and You." That may be why whenever I sing it, I feel like a corner of my heart hurts," the 27-year-old singer added.
After dropping "Me and You" on Tuesday, Jung Joon Young is looking forward to release a variety of music this year. The newly released song is under his first ever full length album, titled "The First Person."
Aside from the title track, the album features eight other songs which were personally written by Jung Joon Young himself as per Soompi. Following his comeback from last year's controversy, the singer-songwriter is also scheduled to hold a solo concert in Seoul on Feb. 25.
Not only that, Jung Joon Young also returned to "2 Days & 1 Night" after he was proven innocent of sexual assault accusations. On his comeback episode, the singer-songwriter promised the audience to work harder.
Jung Joon Young also recalled his first appearance on "2 Days & 1 Night," where he shared a room with co-star Yoon Shi Yoon. When asked about returning on the program, the singer-songwriter admitted he has thought about it while he was taking a break.
