After leaving Rockstar North as the company president, Leslie Benzies is out there building his own companies and a studio. One of which is a new game called "Everywhere" and it now has a studio in Budapest.
According to Game Spot, Benzies has Kristoffer Waardahl, the former head of Crytek Hungary as a leader of his new gaming project. Waardahl said that they now have a lot of veteran developers who have triple-A, mobile and VR experience working on "Everywhere."
He added that it is their company's desire to develop and create an open-world game. He is proud enough to say that their passion and their drive is seen with their teamwork. It all started when they heard about Benzies' vision for the game and since then they knew that it is going to be huge and they wanted to be a part of it.
Tech Fish News said that not much is still heard about the game "Everywhere" except that it is being developed in a new studio earlier this year. Benzies revealed a little information about it back in January saying that it has a lot of game mechanics done in a traditional way. The inspiration behind this game came from everywhere, hence it's title.
A wide variety of game modes can be expected from this new game. Developers have also added some new styles to create a more challenging atmosphere for gamers. At the same time, this would also give gamers the freedom to explore it while taking on new adventures and discovering new identities that they could use while playing it.
Former GTA developer, Matthew Smith emphasized that "Everywhere" is about giving a lot of freedom for their gamers to discover the platform. Gamers will feel like living in a real world with this one while enjoying all the virtual perks that are brought by the visuals.
