The two female investigators successfully calmed Urie as Saiko distracted Urie of her confession of love while Hsiao administers a drug that ultimately calms him down.

The Reddit reaction on the other hand, focuses on the power of Saiko's kagune. Her ability to transform her kagune into different shapes depending on her preference has made her a formidable member of the Quinx Squad. However, it doesn't mean that she will the leader of the squad (that honor still belongs to Urie) but expect the squad to look to Saiko get things done.
