After six months of dating, celebrity couple Min of the girl group Miss A and singer G.Soul have finally decided to call off their relationship.
According to an official statement released by couple’s talent management agency JYP Entertainment as quoted by Soompi: “After checking with them we have confirmed that G.Soul and Min have recently broken up.”
The news on Min and G.Soul’s breakup started surfacing online on March 8. Reports have claimed that the couple agreed to remain as good friends who always have each other's back, just like the way they chose to take their relationship to the next level.
Many of the stars’ supporters have expressed their sadness on the pair’s sudden separation. According to a fan: “I hoped they’re gonna last forever. But what can we do? Hope for the best for both of them.”
Another added: “Awww... So sad. They were really good friends. Now it's gonna be awkward.”
Meanwhile, rumors about the Min and G.Soul’s separation with JYP Entertainment after the end of their contract has been the current topic among the netizens. This because the label has not yet opened up the contract renewal of the stars, All KPop reported.
Min’s contract with the agency is set to end in April. G.Soul, on the other hand, will be ending his partnership with JYP Entertainment in June.
Born as Lee Min Young, Min began her entertainment in 2010 after joining Miss A alongside Fei, Suzy, and Jia. Aside from her affiliation with the group, the artist appeared in MBC’s 2013 sitcom “Reckless Family Season 2” and the web dramas “Dream Knight” and “L.U.V Collage”.
On the other hand, G.Soul is known for his singles "Love Me Again", "Far, Far Away", and "Where Do We Go From Here". Having trained by JYP Entertainment for 15 years, he is known to be the label’s longest trainee.
