Park Seo Joon and Kim Ji Won are giving us all the feels even before "Fight For My Way" starts airing on May 22. Basing it from the trailers and teaser photos of the upcoming drama, fans are already shipping the two actors for their onscreen chemistry.
Despite working together for the first, Park Seo Joon revealed he and his leading lady immediately clicked when they started the production of "Fight For My Way." The actor admitted he never felt uncomfortable around Kim Ji Won while on the set.
"We talked a lot in the early stages of filming so it feels like we've always known each other," he said as cited by Soompi. "We have good chemistry now that we're quite close."
The actor continued, "Our characters in the drama were close friends ever since they were young, so we just treat each other comfortably on set."
Kim Ji Won, on the other hand, stated her co-actor has been making the filming enjoyable and light with his ideas. She also teased about their "Fight For My Way" characters who will turn from friends to lovers.
"There will probably be some conflict, excitement, and confused feelings during the process of turning into lovers. I think the viewers will have fun watching us," the actress explained.
Park Seo Joon added his character is protective of Kim Ji Won's Choi Ae Ra despite their constant bickering. He also asked the fans to look forward to how romance will bloom between him and his leading lady.
The two will be joined by Ahn Jae Hong and Song Ha Yoon as the "Idiot Fantastic Four" who are living a third-rate life. The four characters share the same struggle which is they're lack of abilities.
Catch these four individuals in "Fight For My Way" every Monday and Tuesday at 11:00 pm (KST) starting May 22 on KBS2.
