Gugudan of Jellyfish Entertainment has invited everybody to their "Gugudan Theater" in their adorable debut film released on Monday.
In the video, the members of the new girl group from Jellyfish Entertainment are introduced one by one. Each of them smiles at the camera and seems to be in charge of different tasks in the theater, for example, giving tickets, manning the snack bar, cleaning the theater, and putting the posters.
Gugudan was previously known as gx9 and gained attention with their name which is a reference to the "multiplication table" in Korean. The group consists of nine members.
Teaser images of each member was released earlier this month. First was Nayoung, Hana, and Mimi introduced. Next, Soyee, Sejeong, and Haebin were unveiled. Finally, Sally, Mina, and Hyeyeon were revealed, They are the "maknae line" (or the youngest) in the girl group.
Jellyfish Entertainment also published an image of the timetable of the girl group via its official social media channels. The newly-released performance schedule provides details of events and releases that will lead up to the group's debut. Their first film will be on Monday, June 20, while the second film will be aired on Wednesday, June 22.
The group's album cover will be unveiled on Thursday, June 23, and the album will be released on Friday, June 24. A music video teaser will be shown on Sunday, June 26 and the girls will have a V App live broadcast on Monday, June 27.
We can finally watch each of them perform their responsibilities at the Gugudan Theater because their debut will be official on June 28.
