Seven years after their doomed bittersweet youthful romance, ex-lovers Ariana Grande and Graham Phillips are proofs that blown out flames could still be rekindled by friendship.
In a report by E! News Online, Grande and Phillips were spotted together at the surprise gathering of their former Broadway show “13” held at Red O restaurant at Melrose in Los Angeles, California. In fact, the ex-lovers came in the event together.
The new site added that according to an insider, the two artists had delectable time together with their friends and the other guests who were mostly their former co-actors. Both Grande and Phillips stayed late at the party to have fun with everyone.
Grande and Phillips, both 23, started dating in 2009 while they were doing their Broadway show “13”, created by Jason Robert Brown and directed by Jeremy Sams. Graham played the role of Evan Goldman who is the lead star of the show while Ariana, on the other hand, brought to life the character of a cheerleader named Charlotte.
Three years after dating, the couple broke up and just remained as friends where they started, Hollywood Life reported. Since then, the “Love Me Harder” singer has been involved with names like Justin Bieber, Josh Hutcherson, Nathan Sykes, and Big Sean.
Phillips has just recently finished his TV drama series “The Good Wife” in CBS along with American actress Julianna Margulies. Grande, on the other hand, just recently released her third studio album “Dangerous Woman” which includes 11 single hits.
