Rapper Kanye West is keen on resolving an apparent "beef" between Jay Z-owned Tidal and Apple Music.
West even tweeted, "We all gon (Sic) be dead in 100 years, let the kids have the music."
Fuck all this dick swinging contest. We all gon be dead in 100 Years. Let the kids have the music.

The controversial rapper expressed his opinion, and said that the ongoing tussle between Apple Music and Tidal "is fucking up" the music industry. He also took a dig at Apple's CEO Tim Cook, wherein he tweeted, "Apple give Jay his check for Tidal now and stop trying to act like you Steve."

In his latest tweets, the singer seems to be alluding to the rumors involving Apple's purchase of Tidal. West also referred to several key players, such as Apple Music Execs Jimmy Iovine, Larry Jackson and music tycoon Scooter Braun. According to Business Insider, the "Famous" rapper also wants the Canadian rapper Drake, who is known for his pro-Apple music stance, to be part of the talks.
West is clearly in Tidal's camp as he chose to tie up with the music service for the exclusive release of his latest album "The Life of Pablo." The rapper-songwriter had vowed that the album would "never" be released on Apple Music, quashing the tech giant's efforts to win the rights for its release and distribution. He later appeared to have changed his mind as the smash hit album eventually landed on Apple Music.
Earlier this summer, rumors were abound concerning Apple vying to buy Tidal from Jay Z and his associates. Although nothing materialized, the Cupertino-based technology giant may again be scrambling to lap up its Apple Music rival, 9to5mac reported.
