Rumors are doing the rounds that Hollywood's cutest couple Channing Tatum and wife Jeena Dewan are heading for splitsville. The cause is said to be their hectic professional life.
According to Star Magazine via Yahoo Australia, it is reported that their work schedule is touted to be the reason behind the separation. Tatum recently finished his shoot for the sequel of "Kingsman: The Golden Circle" in London. He has left for East Coast for the shooting of "Logan Lucky" soon after.
While Tatum is busy shooting and signing film projects, Dewan is busy shooting for action-adventure television series "Supergirl" in California. Tatum's too much involvement in work reportedly does not spare him enough time to spend with his wife and three-year-old daughter Everly.
Tatum and Dewan married in 2009 after dating each other for three years. Their affair began during the shoot of "Step Up" and soon they turned out to be one of the most famous couples. Divorce reports have stunned their fans. However, Dewan's recent social-networking post, donning a mermaid dress, shunned all the rumors suggesting divorce. She clarified indirectly sharing a happy and funny memory from the past that the couple is happy together.
However, her image in a mermaid dress lead to another round of rumors. People suspected that the actress is announcing her pregnancy. She funnily even took a dig at fans by captioning the post saying, "That time I was trying on [Tatum's] costume for "Splash" and everyone thought I was announcing a pregnancy."
According to Huffington Post, in reality, the 35-year-old actress was trying the costume of Tatum for his upcoming movie "Splash," a remake of the 1984 fantasy romantic-comedy film enacted by Daryl Hannah and Tom Hanks. There is believed to be a switch in the role in this film. While Tatum will take up the role of a mermaid, then performed by Daryl Hannah, Jillian Bell will portray the character played by Tom Hanks.
Tatum will further be seen in X-Men series' solo movie titled "Gambit" by Marvel. He will also be producing the film. He was also attached to the "Ghostbusters" reboot film with Sony's new company Ghost Corp, before it got cancelled.
