South Korean-Chinese boy group EXO is prepping up for their comeback with their album titled "LOTTO," a repackaged of their third full album "EX'ACT." The band's upcoming album will feature a total of 13 tracks and will be released on August 18.
According to Allkpop, EXO will start the promotions of their album a day after its release on KBS music program "Music Bank." Prior to the confirmation of the repackaged album, the boy group dropped a teaser on their official website showing a casino slot machine that bears the terms "EXO LOTTO."
The band's comeback was later confirmed by EXO's agency SM Entertainment. Soompi reported the upcoming album carries a new title track entitled "Lotto," which is a hip-hop song with matching rhythmical bass. Further reports revealed the song will speak about the feeling you get upon meeting the love of your life.
Meanwhile, EXO reportedly will have a special performance on "Infinite Challenge" with Yoo Jae Suk. As per reports, the host and the boy group recently met to practice their upcoming performance.
EXO debuted a year after they were formed by SM Entertainment in 2011. The 12-member boy group was divided into two units, EXO-K and EXO-M performing in Korean and Mandarin respectively. The band became popular in 2013 when they released their album "XOXO."
The boy group just recently finished a series of concerts in Seoul for "EXO Planet #3 - The EXO'RDIUM," which was held from July 22-24 and July 29-31 with more than 84,000 concert-goers. EXO became the first artist to hold six successive solo concerts at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena. Aside from that, EXO's third album "EX'ACT" was the most pre-ordered K-pop album of all time after gaining more than 660,000 domestic pre-sales.
