Choi Ji Woo got herself a sweet treat from "Stairway To Heaven" co-star Kwon Sang Woo. On Wednesday, the actor sent a churro truck to "Woman With A Suitcase" set to cheer Choi on her current drama.
Aside from churros and hot beverages, the actor also expressed his support to Choi through his words of encouragement. "I am hoping for "Woman With A Suitcase" to be a hit! Fighting goddess Choi Ji Woo Kwon Sang Woo cheers you on!" says the message posted on the truck, as per Soompi.
Meanwhile, the truck company took to their official Instagram account to thank Kwon and congratulate Choi for her new drama "Woman with a Suitcase," which started airing on Sept. 26.
According to MB, Choi plays the role of an office manager in "Woman Of A Suitcase," where her character will be accused of being involved in a murder case. "(It's) a combination of romance and mystery," she said of the MBC drama.
The actress also revealed it was not easy to portray her character, which she described as "kind of silly" but "lovely." Choi said, "It was a little complex to depict her, but I did my best to portray her as an attractive person."
The 41-year-old actress started her acting career in 1995 "War And Love" film. She is best known for her lead roles in "Beautiful Days," "Winter Sonata," "Twenty Again" and "Stairway To Heaven," where she starred with Kwon.
Choi won the Excellence Award, Actress in a Drama Special and was listed among the Top 10 Stars for "Stairway To Heaven" during the 2003 SBS Drama Awards. Aside from that, she garnered the Most Popular Actress award during the 40th Baeksang Arts Awards for the drama.
